Green bean and barley bowl

Method
- Rinse the barley. Warm the oil in a pot, soften the garlic for a minute, then stir in the barley and stock.
- Simmer, lid on, until the barley is tender, about twenty-five minutes. Add the sweet potato for the last twelve.25 min
